Influencer Outreach Coordinator

About the Role:
The Influencer Outreach Coordinator is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to help elevate our brand presence. You will be the voice and advocate for our brand, reaching out to influencers, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth collaborations for our events.
Your main tasks will include:
Building Relationships with Influencers: Identify and reach out to relevant influencers in the event, lifestyle, and entertainment space to create partnerships.
Negotiating Collaborations: Work with influencers to negotiate rates, deliverables, and terms for various events.
Campaign Management: Collaborate with our marketing team to plan, execute, and track influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of influencer communications, campaigns, and analytics to assess effectiveness.
Content Strategy: Work closely with the content team to ensure influencer content aligns with our brand vision and promotes our events effectively.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in influencer outreach, influencer marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with influencers.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple influencer relationships and campaigns simultaneously while staying organized.
Passionate About Influencer Marketing: You have a genuine interest in the influencer space and understand how to drive value through content collaborations.
Social Media Savvy: Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter, as well as tools to track campaign performance.

Booking Coordinator

About the Role:
The Booking Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the booking process for hosts and influencers involved in our events. From the initial inquiry to the final confirmation, you will be at the heart of ensuring our event schedules run smoothly. You will work closely with both hosts and influencers to align schedules, confirm bookings, and manage event logistics.
Your main tasks will include:
Managing Event Bookings: Oversee the booking process from start to finish, ensuring hosts and influencers are confirmed and scheduled.
Coordinating Event Logistics: Work with hosts, influencers, and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly and all logistical details are handled.
Client and Host Communication: Act as the point of contact for hosts and influencers, ensuring they have all the information they need before the event.
Tracking Schedules & Deadlines: Use tools like Google Calendar or project management software to track booking statuses and upcoming events.
Problem-Solving: Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the booking process, providing solutions quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, booking management, or a related field.
Highly Organized: Ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously and keep track of all relevant details.
Clear Communicator: Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with hosts, influencers, and internal teams.
Problem Solver: Able to address challenges that arise with flexibility and a positive attitude.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Suite, event scheduling tools, and project management software.
